Modifikasi Handphone dengan Aplikasi jjPatcher

Bila sebelumnya untuk memodifikasi handphone Sony Ericsson G502 selalu menggunakan program A2uploader, namun sekarang modifikasi dapat juga menggunakan aplikasi “jjPatcher” yang ternyata lebih singkat dan sederhana tanpa harus mematikan handphone.

Untuk memodifikasi dengan menggunakan “jjPatcher” sebelumnya download terlebih dahulu aplikasinya disini, kemudian ekstrak file hasil download tadi (hasilnya menjadi Patcher.jar, Patcher.jad dan bpatch.exe) dan langkah selanjutnya :

1. Instal aplikasi jjPatcher (Patcher.jar) di handphone, kemudian pindahkan aplikasi hasil instal tadi ke phone memory.
2. Tahap pertama memang masih menggunakan program A2uploader dengan mematikan handphone, lalu masuk ke folder “TPA/PRESET/SYSTEM/AMS”.
   
3. Dalam folder /AMS tadi akan menemukan (cari) file jab3b4ded00cb34b3cc77a6699f87ac10753fa701.b
   
4. Copy file tersebut ke PC dengan klik kanan pada file tersebut lalu klik opsi “Read”.
   
5. Buka folder ph_out pada PC, kemudian drag file jab hasil copy tadi ke “bpatch.exe” (hasil ekstrak file download).
6. Bila sudah di drag, masukkan kembali file jab tadi ke “TPA/PRESET/SYSTEM/AMS”.

Nyalakan handphone, kemudian file-file ***.vkp patch untuk modifikasi :

1. Buat folder baru di memory card didalam folder “Other” dengan nama Patches.
2. Masukkan file-file ***.vkp yang diperlukan untuk memodifikasi kedalam folder Patches tersebut.
3. Kemudian jalankan aplikasi jjPatcher hasil instal tadi untuk mengaktifkan file ***.vkp patchnya.

Banyak sekali yang dapat dimodifikasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi jjPatcher diantaranya : memperpanjang nada pesan masuk, mengaktifkan radio tanpa headset merubah icon menu dan banyak lagi lainnya.

File-file ***.vkp patch akan otomatis mati apabila handphone dimatikan ataupun direstart ulang, karena itu file-file tersebut harus diaktifkan kembali dengan menjalankan aplikasi jjPatcher setiap habis merestart handphone.

Harap diperhatikan bahwa file-file ***. vkp tersebut harus sesuai dengan firmware dari handphone yang akan dimodif, akan lebih baik bila menginstal file-file ***.vkp tersebut satu persatu agar nanti kelihatan bila ada file ***.vkp yang tidak bisa aktif.
